A loan signing is an important task that requires experience, knowledge, diligence and accuracy! CAPS Mobile Notaries have 6 years experience and a thorough knowledge of loan documents. We strive to treat each client with professionalism, knowledge and respect as well as provide excellent customer service. We understand the importance of making sure everything is signed as should be, we double check our work at the signing table for completeness and accuracy! We will promptly handle all documents delivered via e-mail, fax or courier. Once the documents have been signed and notarized they will be returned to you the same day (evening signings will be sent the next business day). Should you prefer we will be happy to Fax any pertinent documents with signatures to your location at no extra charge! Trust us to handle all of your Mobile Notary signing needs including but not limited to: Modifications, Purchases, Helocs, Refinancing, Trusts, Investment, Estates, Settlements, Commercial loans and more! We can notarize one page or a complete loan document package! Our office is fully equipped with 2 computers, 2 Laser printers and a dedicated Fax line to better assist us with speed in printing. CAPS Notaries are Certified, Background Screened and E&O insured! We will accept last minute closings but would like a 1 hour notice to print e-docs, peruse them and have ample travel time. North East Ohio is in the snow-belt and is a rural area! We stand behind our work and promise to give quality service in every way possible! If there is a problem we will go the extra mile to make it right! We work hard to earn and keep your business!
